Super 8 By Wyndham Florence

The carpet was filthy, and the bathroom had burn marks on the tub. Even worse, I found trash and an old room key hidden under the bed skirt! This shows a complete lack of attention to cleanliness. I requested extra towels, but they never arrived, and when I complained to management, the discount I received was laughable for the state of the room. This should not be called a hotel. It's a dump!

The most important - convenient and perfect location close to all shopping areas. Very very helpful staff and altogether a really good experience. Comfortable bed, a decent size room with complimentary WiFi, a mini-fridge, and a writing table...

Why didn't I try this sooner?

This place was a great stopping point for my travels! The staff was kind and professional. My room was clean and surprisingly quiet despite the crowd. I also loved the nearby stores and eateries, not to mention the easy drive to the Florence Rail Trail. Truly a gem!

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful and pleasant, everything was good. Liked the room with a large bathroom, my bed was comfortable. It was impressive and had things I needed. The property was in an ideal location, close to restaurants. I had a very very good time.

The location feels quite unsafe. Even the taxi driver warned against it, a red flag. Shady characters lurk outside, and I felt the need to keep my valuable items with me instead of leaving them in the room. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired-hair and dust were evident in the bathroom. Carpet stains and a questionable bathtub mood put me off completely, causing me to question whether I made the right choice or if I could have splurged a bit more for peace of mind.

It was a decent spot for a stroll in the evening in Florence and offered good value for money. The carpet looked pretty stained, but the staff quickly provided us with a fresh bedspread when we noticed some marks on the old one. Better to pay a little more for a nicer place.

Good spot for a quick stay

This place was just right for a short stop. Room was squeaky clean and had a super comfy bed. Staff were friendly, and parking was easy. The only bummer was that some areas felt a bit dated, but it didn't ruin my stay. If you just need a spot to crash, this works. Nice for families or work trips!
